Short and long-term training and budget plans establishment

Internal & external training program management & development

Training materials publication & management
-
Self-Development Supporting system management (Institution, language course etc)

Training facilities and educational equipment operation and management
-
Shinhan culture research & development
-
Employee education regarding Shinhan Culture
-
'Organizational Vitality Culture Programs’ promotion and planning
-
Other tasks assigned by management
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 to 5 years commercial bank experience in HR department is preferable
-
Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
-
Be able to work under pressure
-
Basic level of work experience, knowledge and training in all related field
-
Good communication, creativity idea, and problem solving
-
Good command in spoken and written English is required
-
Knowledge of Photoshop, design, & video editing is a plus
-
Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
